These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rentclic platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Rentclic is a SaaS platform for car rental agencies and fleet managers. It provides tools for managing vehicle fleets, availability, and maintenance; creating and tracking customer reservations and rental agreements; generating invoices, reports, and performance analytics; and coordinating team members within your organization. The platform is intended for professional business use in the vehicle rental industry.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account; notify us immediately via our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access; ensure all team members comply with these Terms; and not share credentials with individuals outside your organization or create accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Access to Rentclic requires a paid subscription after any applicable free trial. Subscriptions are available monthly or annually. Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month; annual plans are billed once per year. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund for monthly plans. Failed payments may result in suspension after written notice. All prices exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout based on your billing country.
You agree not to use Rentclic to violate applicable laws or third-party rights; upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access to the platform, its infrastructure, or other users' data; reverse engineer or decompile the platform; use automated bots or scrapers without prior written consent; or resell or sublicense the platform outside your organization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
All intellectual property in the Rentclic platform — including source code, design, trademarks, logos, and features — remains the exclusive property of Rentclic. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for internal business operations during the subscription period. You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform.
We target 99.5% platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party infrastructure failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rentclic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Access ceases at the end of the paid period. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination; after that, data may be permanently deleted. Rentclic reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately in cases of material breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply.
