We want you to feel confident when choosing Rentclic. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how we process refunds. Please read carefully before subscribing.
Rentclic offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts with no credit card required. You have full access to evaluate the platform. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or your account will be automatically downgraded to read-only — you will never be charged without explicitly entering your payment details and confirming a subscription.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Because the full month of service is made available immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period but no pro-rata reimbursement is issued. Cancelling stops future billing immediately.
Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. If you have not meaningfully used the platform (no vehicles, reservations, or team members added), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. After 30 days, or with active usage, annual payments are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent automatic renewal; access continues until the end of the annual period.
If a significant technical failure on Rentclic's side renders the service unavailable or critically impaired for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund or service credit for the days of confirmed unavailability. Temporary slowdowns, minor bugs, or downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers do not qualify. To request a refund under this exception, contact us within 14 days of the incident with a description of the issue and the dates affected.
To submit a refund request, use our contact form and provide: the email address associated with your account; your subscription plan (monthly or annual) and the date of the charge; the reason for your request; and — for technical failures — a description of the issue and the dates the platform was inaccessible. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
We encourage you to contact us via our contact form before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing disputes can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
We may revise this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The policy in force at the time of your payment governs refund eligibility for that transaction.
